All rights, including copyright and database right on the UAE Space Agency website and its contents, are owned by or licensed to the Agency, or otherwise used by the Agency as permitted by applicable law

The user shall acknowledge and agree that all content and materials available on this site are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents, trade secrets, or other IP rights and laws. Except as expressly authorized by UAE Space Agency, the user shall agree not to sell, license, rent, modify, distribute, copy, reproduce, transmit, publicly display, publicly perform, publish, adapt, edit, or create derivative works from such materials or content.
Notwithstanding the above, the user may print or download one copy of the materials or content on this site on any single computer for the user personal, non-commercial use provided to keep intact all copyright and other IP notices. Systematic retrieval of data or other content from this site to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database or directory without written permission from the UAE Space Agency mitted in these terms of use is prohibited.
The use of the content or materials for any purpose not expressly permitted in these terms of use is prohibited.
Limitation And Liability
Under no circumstances shall the UAE Space Agency be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this site. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, the UAE Space Agency takes no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control or any incurred damages thereof.
