The aim is to develop a standardized and modular Real Time Operating Software (RTOS) system and environment to allow various stakeholders to access a comprehensive library of onboard software functionality as well as to develop compatible modules that can then be used by others. This will reduce development time and cost, more importantly for this IP to be whole owned by the UAE.
