His Excellency Staff Brigadier Engineer Saeed Rashed Al Zahmi currently heads the Directorate of Command and Control in the Executive Directorate of Communications and Information Technology at the Ministry of Defence. He has dedicated 32 years to working in the fields of military telecommunications, command and control systems, risk management, security, and security systems.
HE Saeed holds a Master’s Degree in Strategic and Security Studies from the National Defense College in the UAE, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Military Technical College in Egypt.
